Adult Discipleship

Windwood Presbyterian Church offers a variety of opportunities for adults to grow in Christ!  The primary objective of our Adult Learning Ministry is to provide Biblically-based class & group experiences that help adults grow in spiritual knowledge, maturity, and discipleship.  We desire that these experiences have the following characteristics:

  • Scriptural; consistent with reformed theology
  • Quality opportunities; good curricula & good leaders
  • A variety of choices; core classes that cover Christian basics and electives for specific interests
  • Encouraging; building and helping you apply spiritual principles in your daily life
  • Small group atmosphere; leaders typically facilitate rather than lecture
  • Group accountability; build relationships; include prayer & praise times for members needs

Adult Small Groups - Wednesday's - 6:45 to 8:00 p.m.

Do you want to get to know others from Windwood?  Would you like to learn how the Scriptures relate to your everyday life?  Do you want encouragement and support?  Would you like to grow in your relationship with God?  If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then an Adult Small Group is for you!

New Adult Small Groups are always starting and are offered at various times so that you can choose the time and topic that best fits your busy schedule.  No prior biblical knowledge is necessary, just a desire to learn and grow and have a good time.  For more details on Adult Small Groups, please click here.

Man to Man

Man To Man is Windwood's Men's Ministry.  It serves the men of Windwood by presenting opportunities for spiritual enrichment, fellowship and service to the church and community.  Some of the activities include: sponsoring an annual men's retreat and ongoing small groups; participation and attendance at athletic and sporting events; breakfast/lunch/dinner fellowships; and service activities such as tree planting at the church.  Watch for upcoming men's activities in the church bulletin.

Single Adults Ministry

Soul-o Friends meets for Sunday coffee fellowship at 9:30.  Come and join the single adults for coffee and fellowship. This is a great time to meet other single friends from Windwood to share God’s blessings, comfort and love. We will schedule brunches after church and have bi-weekly activities for fun and socialization.   Look forward in meeting all of you!
