The goal of the Property Board is to oversee the maintenance of all Windwood facilities, and the improvements required to meet the needs of our growing church community.

As a service organization, our activities include:

• Assess needs and schedule spot repairs that are needed to keep the church operating properly
• Recruit the assistance of the congregation with property-related projects
• Authorize the use of outside contractors as needed
• Organize quarterly work days for a concerted effort to handle repairs that can be accomplished by members of the congregation
• Organize and supervise parking during peak services, such as Christmas and Easter
• Address emergencies that arise that relate to the property of the church
