A Servant’s Heart   

This music group focuses on learning the music ahead of time, then leading the congregation in our “contemporary” worship songs. We also learn and provide special music in Sunday morning services and rehearse weekly.

Communion Guild  

This Worship Committee provides a meaningful communion experience by preparing the communion elements and coordinating the servers. The committee meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in Room F111.

Greeters, Ushers, Atrium Hosts and Welcome Center Hosts  

If you love the fellowship of Sunday mornings and have a great smile and handshake, prayerfully consider joining this team of Greeters, Ushers and Hosts. You can volunteer for either or both services as you are available.

The Handbells of Windwood  

The Windwood Bells are a medium/advanced group that rings for the worship service once a month. The Joy Bells are a beginners group who are just starting to ring for worship. It is advised that volunteers be familiar with music notation. Our regular meeting times are: Windwood Bells—Wednesday, 6:15 - 7:25 p.m.; Joy Bells—Monday, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. All meetings are held in the Worship Center.

Flowers for Sunday Services    

Flowers for our church services are provided by members of the congregation. We encourage them to donate arrangements for their own special occasions (such as birthdays, anniversaries, or in memory of a loved one). They may take the flowers home or donate them for delivery to a local nursing home after the 11:00 am service.

Windwood Choir (Chancel Choir)  

We provide inspiring special music for our Sunday services, and provide a place for those who are musically inclined to fellowship with one another. Music reading skills are not required; all are welcome. Rehearsals are Wednesday, 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. We serve at the 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. Sunday Worship services.

E-Media Team  

Our job is to serve the congregation through sound, video, and recording. We meet as needed. If you are interested, or if you have experience in audio/video production, please contact the E-Media Team.

We perform short skits and plays and share insight with others through our performances. This group is a network of performers who can be called upon as opportunities arise.
