In February several Windwood members will be traveling to El Salvador with Living Water International on a mission trip to build a well that will provide clean water to a community that lacks a safe water source and to teach basic hygiene and health practice to the villagers. 

Rob McLaren, John Sabey, Scott Haddix, and John Duhon will travel with a team from other Houston area churches to spend the week of February 21st in El Salvador with local LWI missionaries sharing the Gospel with women and children, teaching the importance of hand washing, keeping water clean, germs, nutrition, oral hygiene, daily hygiene behavior changes, keeping ourselves clean, oral re-hydration skills, and more.

You can also lend your support by praying for our members and the others on this mission team … For their preparations, travel and effectiveness in El Salvador, and for their families while they are gone. Please also include the other churches and people who are participating in this trip, including Bammel Church of Christ, Clear Creek Community Church, Cy-Fair Christian Church and Grace Bible Church.
