Novo is a band of creative missionaries sent to multiply movements of the Gospel and mobilize the Church for mission around the world. Their desire is to see a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. (Rev 7:9)
With this end in mind, they:
Pioneer new ground among the unreached and unchurched
Bring transformation among the poor
Mobilize the Church for mission
...all so that disciples of Jesus are made among the nations.
In 2014, Bobby became one of Novo’s divisional directors. They oversee 140+ missionaries impacting 50+ countries. Bobby also leads new staff trainings and is part of Novo’s global leadership team. Debbie travels with him to meet with staff, mentor women, help with trainings, and give input about cross-cultural awareness and acclimation.
