What to Expect
We welcome you to Windwood Presbyterian Church and look forward to your visit. You can expect a family of imperfect people who serve a perfect God. We worship together on Sundays and throughout the week to glorify God with our whole lives as we connect with one another. Whether you've been a Presbyterian for years or you're not sure what you believe, we are glad you're checking us out. A “first visit”, whether in person or online, can seem a little overwhelming, so we hope you check out the FAQs below and view our Welcome to Windwood page for more about us.
Frequently Asked Questions
What time are services?
Services are at 8:00 AM (Room A120), 9:30 and 11:00 AM in the Worship Center.
Is there a difference between Worship Services?
8:00 AM is an intimate service which offers praise through hymns & Communion by intinction each week.
9:30 AM is a worship services that blend elements of music and other elements in our Worship Service. We praise with both contemporary music and hymns. You will see worship elements such as Affirmations of Faith, Guided Prayer and Responsive Readings. Communion is observed on the 1st Sunday of each month.
11:00 AM is our contemporary service that includes modern worship music, a Children’s message, and worship elements from our rich liturgical background, done sometimes in a new and fresh way. This is a great service for our families to attend as many attend our 9:30 Sunday school hour and come over after for worship service all together.
